Situation

• Using Epicor V9
• The Bill of Material and Bill of Operation differ for each finished good. The standard engineering workbench consumes more time and space for every finished good.
• Production & Inventory not tracked
• Issues with product Traceability
• Since Production & Inventory is not tracked, Finance is handled manually & taking lot of time to complete the Month-End Activities & Year End Closing

Solution

• Migrating to EPICOR V11.0 from EPICOR V9.0
• Implemented the Production and Inventory module during migration

• The job's Bill of Material and Bill of Operation are created based on the quote level engineering through MRP.
• Able to have proper tracking of Inventory and 100% inventory Match between Physical Inventory and System Inventory
• Able to track production and the cost associated with the production
• Entire Finance was Integrated and able to complete their month End Activities on time
