Approach

• Vehicle management function is developed in the form of Browse links
• Gate entry module implementation is integrated with purchase receiving process
• Link Purchase receipt and the Gate entry detail for inventory item
• Provide browse to view the GRN Vs Gate entry Browse for easy reconciliation
• Provide Browse for Vehicle entry with in-time and out-time details for reconciliation

Outcomes Delivered

• The end user has minimal fields to update. This helped in tracking the in-time and out-time of the vehicles that enter the factory
• Gate entry module implementation enabled traceability of items that are received from suppliers and helped in mapping the Gate entry number to QAD’s GRN number
• Facilitated Reconciliation of Gate entry and GRN information
