• Customer was using an older version of QAD which did not support the financial and operational process used by business
• Additional customization was developed to support the current business process.
• Needed training of QAD EE Financial module which was the latest.
• Need training on the GTM, DO and subcontract process.
• Reduction of use of customization and align to QAD standard process if available.

Approach

• Conducted BPW workshop and understood the current business process and aligned it to QAD EE.
• Provide training in QAD EE finance modules which was new to the customer.
• Provided additional training on GTM , DO and Subcontract process to remove the customizations and align to QAD Standard product.

Outcomes Delivered

• Eliminated the use for customized subcontract process and implemented standard QAD subcontract process.
• Seamless migration from QAD SE version to EE in short period of time.
• Effective user training to align to users to EE.
