• Compile customer's end-to-end business process in order to streamline their workflow in QAD before creating Business Process Maps.
• Have improved the functionality of a few Webspeed reports and created new ones.
• QAD Training to customer In-House IT Team.
• Migrating all environment to QAD AUX.
• Building integration maps to interface between ODEX & QAD.
